  • Cancellation Policy - 6% Processing Fee
    You May Request a Cancellation 24 Hours Before We Ship Your Order. Cancellation Requests Sent Later May Be Missed! There is a 6% Processing Fee That Will Be Automatically Deducted From Your Refund. By Requesting a Cancellation, You Agree to These Terms. Email Brian@PokeNE.com with "CANCEL ORDER ....." as the Subject Line
  • Pre-Order Policy - When Do My Items Ship?
    IF YOU PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS IN THE SAME CART AS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, EVERYTHING WILL SHIP TOGETHER ON THE PRE-ORDER ITEM'S QUOTED DATE IN DESC. ORDERS WILL NOT BE SPLIT UP. IF YOU NEED NON-PRE-ORDER ITEMS RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE BUY THEM IN A SEPARATE CART IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A PRE-ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, THE ORDER IS SUBJECT TO A 6% PROCESSING FEE WHICH WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM THE RETURN AMOUNT.
  • Do You Do B2B Sales with Businesses? Wholesale?
    PokeNE is not currently looking for a wholesale relationship with businesses. We are strictly business to consumer. We cannot accept tax-free resale documents.
  • Local Delivery? Do You Have a Physical Store?
    PokeNE is based in Omaha, NE and is Online Only. We Do Not Offer Pick-Up or In-Person Delivery

  • Can you Come on My Podcast / YouTube Stream?
    Please email Brian@PokeNE.com if you'd like Brian (Owner) to come on your stream/podcast. We do not judge channels based on subscriber or follower count but we will only collaborate with creators who regularly upload content at least once per week for 3+ Months.
  • Do You Work with Content Creators?
    PokeNE does not work with content creators in terms of business deals / affiliate marketing. If you'd like to have Brian (Owner) on a Podcast or Livestream, please contact Brian@PokeNE.com
  • Are You Hiring?
    PokeNE has no plans on hiring new team members or streamers
