Pre-Order Policy - When Do My Items Ship?

IF YOU PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS IN THE SAME CART AS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, EVERYTHING WILL SHIP TOGETHER ON THE PRE-ORDER ITEM'S QUOTED DATE IN DESC.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE SPLIT UP. IF YOU NEED NON-PRE-ORDER ITEMS RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE BUY THEM IN A SEPARATE CART

IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A PRE-ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, THE ORDER IS SUBJECT TO A 6% PROCESSING FEE WHICH WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM THE RETURN AMOUNT.

PokeNE is not currently looking for a wholesale relationship with businesses. We are strictly business to consumer. We cannot accept tax-free resale documents.
